k: when did you know that fashion was going to be your thing?
c: I have always known Fashion was going to be my thing. Its in my genes. My Mother only wore the best and her and my Grandmother made my clothes when I was a kid. They called me "Le Primadona", because of all the clothes I had as a small child.
k: How is what you're doing now contributing to your vision of what modern style should be?
c: When I look for vintage clothing, I have to really look and see the potential of an item... I really have to have an open mind.... That is when I find the coolest stuff...
k: Who do you imagine your typical fan might be?
c: An eclectic person who likes to change things up often. A person who is not afraid to try something new.
k: How has the internet helped you reach that fan?
c:The Internet has helped me meet similar people and a lot of those people live over seas. The Internet is the perfect forum for me.
k: With unlimited resources, what would you do next?
c: That is an awesome question. I would broaden my search for great vintage. And I would also start to create some of the fashion ideas I have in my head. I would like to makeover old dresses that have potential to be more interesting. Its my idea of recycling.....
k: If you could go back in time to replace one of today's iconic fashionistas with one from the past, who would you switch and why?
c: That is a hard question... But I would say Diane Keaton in the seventies.... She has a timeless distinctive style which I luv....
k: What can we expect to see from you in the remaining six months of 2004?
c: More great vintage and one of a kind artisan jewelry. I live day to day so you never know what may show up on my web site.
k: That's what makes it so great! We can't wait to see what's next from List It Cafe.
